Black rice was proclaimed as a 'super food' worldwide largely thanks to an important piece of research by Dr. Zhimin Xu.

It was cultivated in very small amounts because it was only for the emperor's consumption.

Any mistake in an order made by our establishment will be re-made as the same item for a replacement. In some case, when the food is returned to us at least 85% of the original food portion, we may issue an e-gift card at 50% value.
